The news media are typically focused on how kids enjoy the snow, and show the fun they have during the day. In Downtown Raleigh, some adults were having just as much funĀ in the evening hours.

Awesome shots of downtown. The Shimmer Wall looked beautiful. Makes me wish I had spent more time outside when the snow began on Friday night. Thanks for sharing!

What sort of video camera was used? And with a tripod, perhaps?

Thanks everyone for the compliments. This was my first attempt at video editing (excluding stuff done in college) and it was a lot of fun.

Bruce – I used a Canon 5D Mark II. Every sequence except for the snowcycling on Capitol Square involved the use of a tripod.
