With the school year winding down to a close, Flashback Friday drops in this week on Raleigh’s oldest high school still in use — Needham B. Broughton. The monumental building has stood prominently at the corner of Peace and Saint Mary’s Streets since 1929.

The Crabtree Jones House Needs Your Help!

Back in February this year Raleigh’s historic Crabtree Jones House was successfully moved to its new site by Preservation NC. This architectural treasure now needs to be prepped for a grand open house later this month. You can help us ‘get our house in order’ by attending the Crabtree Jones House Clean-Up from 9 am until 12 noon this Saturday, May 10, 2014.
