Jailed Muppet Makes a Phone Call
The jailed muppet on Salisbury Street is part of a storefront display for Teddy Wright, a Bail Bondsman. You can usually find new comical scenarios being played out every week or two. A few months ago, we posted a photo of him taking a nap.

These including the Revenue Building (foregorund), North Carolina Museum of History (left of Capitol), Bath Building (center background), Education Building (left background), and Archdale Building (center-left background), among others.
