Looking North at State Government
Looking northward, above is a large enclave of state government buildings. These including the Revenue Building (foregorund), North Carolina Museum of History (left of Capitol), Bath Building (center background), Education Building (left background), and Archdale Building (center-left background), among others.

Additional state government buildings in this view are the Albemarle Building (to the left of Archdale), the Administration Building (to the left of old Education) and the Labor Building (center, above old Revenue). Also seen are the spires of three of the four churches on Capitol Square: First Presbyterian (lower right), First Baptist (center left) and, if you look closely, Christ Church, with its famous gold rooster weathervane (to the right of the US flag on the capitol roof).
Now, can anybody ID the dark-brick structure in the left foreground?
