King’s Barcade rejoined Downtown Raleigh a few weeks ago, and with that reopening saw the newest muppets to arrive to Salisbury Street area.
The jailed muppet on Salisbury Street is part of a storefront display for Teddy Wright, a Bail Bondsman. You can usually find new comical scenarios being played out every week or two. A few months ago, we posted a photo of him taking a nap.
