This image reminds me of a neighborhood from back home in Winston-Salem. There was this crazy old man who would stand in the middle of the street all day long with either a lead pipe or a baseball bat and make menacing gestures towards cars and pedestrians, specifically teenagers.
No one knew his story and the police were called pretty regularly to deal with him but he never got pinned with any charge.

LED lights or did you filter out the sulfur yellow lighting? Very cool.
This citizen needs to be informed that the placing of his waste container on the city street, rather than outside the easement line, means his garbage is public domain. And if it demands this kind of vigilance, me wonders… what is in your garbage sir?
