Installing Scaffolding at the Post Office

The construction workers above were testing out a new set of scaffolding in place between the Court House and Post Office on a Friday night.

What a unique, right place at the right time photo this is! I love the way the angle of the shot flattens the depth of the view and makes it look like the workers are stacked up upon each other. Makes me think of a sort of “Construction Workers’ Hollywood Squares!”

Raleigh Boy – You are absolutely correct. It was one of those scenarios in which I had not set out to take pictures, but brought my camera “just in case”. Luckily I did, as I was able to get this and a forthcoming image completely unrelated to the one above.

CarnifeX – between your statement and Raleigh Boy’s above, I must say I see this photo in a completely new light now!
