I’m pretty sure Trillium Place was finished a few years ago?

Yes, it was. Off of Trillium Whorl, I believe?

RaleighMSA’s article didn’t have a date and I read Morgan Street instead of Gorman Street (same letters!), where the condos have recently been put up.
