Although the folks at 1304Bikes lost their permanent space back in June, they haven’t slowed down in ther efforts to work with the community. They’ve been looking for a new permanent space, but in the meantime have held mobile bicycle workshops as well as benefit events to find a new home. Tomorrow (Friday) they’ll be hosting DERAILED, a bicycle-themed art and photography show to achieve that end.

Friday night, local favorite Left Outlet played an impromptu show at The Rialto, to open for the October Rocky Horror Picture Show and promote this Thursday’s Local Beer Local Band Halloween Bash at Tir Na Nog. While the set was a short opener for the main event, Left Outlet rocked as hard as always, and Goodnight Raleigh’s John Morris and I were there to grab a few pictures and enjoy the music. Read more »
