My friend Sid (pictured) and I were walking around town last week, and we stumbled upon this place. It has definitely seen better years, and the block was surrounded by lots with stairways to grass plateaus.

I’m not sure what used to be here. The assortment of random objects inside is quite bizarre and doesn’t offer many clues.
