Goodnight Raleigh - a look at the art, architecture, history, and people of the city at night

Heavy Metal Sunset

Not all visitors to Raleigh take the R-Line. Sunset means the end of another day of conventioning for this group of Freddy Krueger fans.
After a day at the Convention Center these strange strangers hit an R-Line high point on the way to Raleigh’s newest hot spots.  Do you know where this is? The first person with the correct answer wins this 5×7 print.

Is this at the R-line stop across from the new police headquarters (near corner of Cabarrus and Dawson)? Looking west down cabarrus (in the direction of the Amtrak station).

Well, of course you are looking west, Is it the drop off on West Street near the Glenwood South region?

It is hard enough to see the sky inside the beltline…’shame when we get a pretty sunset that we have hindered our view with poles & wires…sigh

Congrats to Juan! You’re the second winner from Twine Interactive. Looks like I’ll have to stop by your office.

Thanks for playing and thanks for reading!
