Ahh.. my commment just disappeared. Wanted to say nice blog and pics. I’ve been in the triangle for a while, but just moved into the middle of Raleigh and am still getting used to the vibe here. It’s a city on its way up, but its not quite there yet.

than you for the compliment. I think you will enjoy living here. As you mention, it is on its way up. Growth and positive change is certainly more exciting than stagnation, even if it’s comfortable stagnation.
I left another city of tremendous growth (Asheville) to live here, and I haven’t regretted it a bit.
