Holy shit that picture is awesome. For some reason it just really blew me away. The blue is spectacular! Man you might change my mind about photography being art, not anyone could make a stairwell look that perfect.

The “blue” light in the photo is cast by the LED parking deck lights that were installed on one level of the municipal deck as a demonstration project for this sustainable lighting technology. Actually the lights are white (on the bluish side of the white spectrum, I will grant you) but appear much more blue in contrast to the older high pressure sodium lamps on the other levels of the deck, which are prison-yard orange.
