Look forward to another year of learning more about the city I’ve lived in my whole life. Every time I come to this site, I learn something new, and sometimes it’s things I see every day and never paid much attention to but see in a different light now that I know a bit more about their history. Out of my 1000+ daily RSS feeds, I have a special place just for Goodnight Raleigh!, in the number one spot, upper lefthand corner, all by itself, on my iGoogle page.

The mornings, after ya’ll break ground on new posts, makes for a much better start to the toils of the corporate Cube Farm that day.

I spend a few extra minutes downing my coffee, reading up the late night spelunking, and charge happily into my mandatory 8 hours of harvesting light pixels for the man.

Thanks for a great year of community. I feel like I have finally found my home in the world.

And it looks like I have a new Indian restaurant to track down on my late night bike rides.
