		<description>I think it&#039;s pretty neat looking and certainly different from the majority of condos going up these days.  Only thing I see is that without the second building, it looks incomplete.  Sort of like having only one bookend out of a set of two.</description>

		<description>I like the Bloomsbury a lot -- it actually has some personality, unlike 98% of the other condo building in Raleigh.

I visited almost every condo building in this city about 8 months ago when I moved to the area and was looking to buy.  Unfortunately, every condo building that was open at the time (Bloomsbury was not) was overpriced garbage. The Cotton Mill was the only worthwhile building of the lot.  The worst was the Hudson (that&#039;s the one right by The Ox on Fayetteville) -- it was so hilariously bad, my realtor and I got into a few different units just to continue the comedy.  The condos felt like cordoned off pieces of a parking garage.  All this could be yours, for only $400,000!!!

I ended up buying a 1,600 sq ft home, 1 mi north of the Crabtree mall, for just a little more than half of that amount.  It takes me 10 minutes to get downtown.  Works for me.</description>

		<description>I feel the same way about it... and condo living for that matter. Just wished they were priced to move so we could see some good amounts of residents heading there (and that maybe they had a solution for the eyesore that is the prison on the west side of the building)!</description>
