I'm sad to say the images here don't do justice to just how beautiful the murals are - so stop by the Flying Biscuit and see them for yourself! Ryan's unique work seems to add atmosphere to the restaurant. Looking forward to meeting him in person, since we have many common interests. Hope my husband and I can make a date night and check out the Flying Biscuit soon. It is such a struggle these days for artists and I am happy to delve into the arts community here, where people are so much friendlier than other areas we have lived. Keep up the good work, Ryan! (It officially opened up for business yesterday.) The food was tasty, inexpensive, and yes, the menu is eclectic-- something for everyone, even my veg friends! (And no mayo, far as I could tell.) We were seated by the "cow jumps over the moon" mural and spent a good part of the evening enjoying and exploring Ryan's fantastic work! Looking forward to seeing more from this creative young artist.
